I agree to the following regarding all referred business to me by The Relocation & Referral Centre herein after referred to as RRC

 

I agree to refer the clients back to RRC in the event I am unable to assist them
I agree to pay the applicable referral fee on the listing and or purchase side if applicable from the gross commission income to the brokerage company for any sale within 18 months of a referral.
I agree not to discuss referral fees with the referred client.
Only corporate referral fees shall take precedent over the RRC fee.
I agree to cooperate with all feedback requests and alert RRC to any problems.
I agree to provide a HUD1 with referral fee within 7 days of closing
In the event our clients request a reassignment RRC will notify you in writing on this and their shall be no further obligation by either party. Please amend any Buyer Agency agreements to read, cancelable with 24 hours notice for service related issues.
